The Role
We are recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a busy airside operation at Heathrow Airport.
Drivers will be responsible for transporting freight between warehouse facilities and aircraft stands using Class 2 vehicles. Freight may be loaded or unloaded depending on operational requirements. While the majority of freight is palletised, occasional manual handling will be required, including moving mail bags and assisting with loading and unloading duties.
Requirements
Applicants must have experience driving one of the following:
- HGV Class 2 (Category C)
- HGV Class 1
- Vehicles over 18 tonnes
- Bus or Coach Drivers (double-decker experience preferred) with a minimum of 1 year's experience
- 7.5 Tonne Drivers with a minimum of 1 year's experience
Additional requirements:
- Airside driving experience on vehicles over 18 tonnes is advantageous
- Good level of physical fitness
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Commitment to Health & Safety procedures
Compliance Requirements
Due to the nature of the role and airport security requirements, applicants must be able to provide:
- An up-to-date CV demonstrating a stable employment history (no more than four employers within the last five years)
- An HMRC 5-year employment history letter confirming employment history
- Full employment and reference history to satisfy airport security clearance requirements

HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER
HGV Class 1 Driver

We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers with at least 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE for ongoing work.
WILL TAKE NEW PASS DRIVERS AT LOWER RATE.
This role offers regular work, competitive pay rates, and a variety of deliveries including palletised goods and some refrigerated work.
Job Role
- Driving HGV Class 1 (C+E) vehicles safely and professionally
- Completing 1–2 drops per shift
- Delivering mainly palletised goods with some fridge work involved
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Ensuring all delivery paperwork and tachograph records are completed correctly
- Following all driver hours, WTD, and road safety regulations

The Role

We are significantly increasing our driver pool ahead of the busy winter period and have opportunities available across a variety of shift patterns.
Expected shift times include:
- Early: Approximately 06:00 – 15:00
- Late: Approximately 14:00 – 22:00
- Nights: Approximately 21:00 – 06:00

Class 2 Driver
Job Summary: As a Tanker Driver you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of Waste Water to various destinations. You will operate and maintain a tanker truck, ensuring all safety regulations and company policies are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a tanker truck to esnure all targets are met.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Load and unload using appropriate equipment and following all safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, Loads taken, and other required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with the planning team, customers, and other team members.
- Perform routine maintenance and report any issues or needed repairs to the maintenance team.
Essential Skills:
- Full Cat C ( Class 2 ) Licence
- Valid CPC & Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 points
- 6 months minimum class 2 experience
We are looking for Day drivers working 0600 Start and Night drivers working 1800 start. Shifts average 14/15hours per shift
4 on 4 off rota.
